So who is this Kyle Hulcher? He is in the PR business and once worked for Lizzie Grubman. Hulcher now works for Talent Resources, a celebrity marketing company, as an account manager. The picture to the right was taken from his Facebook page.

This affirmation comes just two months after a friend told Star Magazine that the owner of the creepiest, most flesh-colored beard in Hollywood truly is in love with marijuana!

When Pratt was 15, this anonymous source says Spencer started smoking pot and "fell in love with it." The insider added:

"He was smoking it every day. He always had a big bag and would share with everyone. He was the King of Weed!”

Lauren Conrad Mocks Heidi's Playboy Cover

In August's Harper's Bazaar, Lauren Conrad takes Heidi and Spencer Pratt to task over their fame-seeking ways -- and her former BFF's boob job.

Conrad is asked why Montag decided to pose in the September issue of Playboy.

In a sly reference to Montag's cosmetic enhancements, Conrad replies, "They're not going to pay for themselves."

Her digs don't stop there.

"I don't call magazines and let them know about things so they can write stories," she says of the Pratts. "There was never an incentive to keep doing The Hills so I could get into [Hollywood club] Les Deux. That was never the point. It was more to create a fan base so I can go create a business and do something I really love doing."

She also slams them for wearing masks in Mexico during the recent swine-flu scare following their May wedding.

"I don't know if it was so funny because people really were being affected by that disease," she says. "But otherwise [Heidi and Spencer] are very entertaining. You have to laugh."

Are Hills Rivals Audrina And Jayde Finally On The Same Team?

PETA's a serious animal rights organization committed to spreading the word that fur's bad, vegetarianism's good and Mr. Ed, Lassie and Beethoven (the dog, not the composer) were all exploited. And it's also the first thing Audrina Patridge and Jayde Nicole have seen eye-to-eye on since, well, the Brodester. Audrina shot a PSA for PETA a couple of months back and now the lovely Jayde's walking around in some skimpy lettuce and telling peeps to "veg" out.

So does this mean we'll be seeing a truce between the girls anytime soon? Eh, probably not. Just last week, Jayde rehashed their feud via Twitter, plus we're guessing the non-meat eater was none too thrilled with Patridge's jucy Carl's Jr. spot.

Hills Poll: Will You Watch Heidi's New Workout Video?

Never underestimate the power of having The Hills on your resume. Lauren Conrad just parlayed her fame into a number one bestselling novel, Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port both landed their own dream shows and even newcomer Kristin Cavallari sez the offers have been flooding in. So what's Heidi Pratt got to show for herself? Well, besides the adoring hubby (and upcoming spread in Playboy), girl's getting ready to launch her very own fitness empire. Introducing, The Heidi Workout!

The plan? Whip viewers into beach bod shape through "full-body, intense resistance exercises," so they can look and feel their best in those (Heidi-brand??) bikinis!

"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," the bubbly blond told People.com earlier this week. And since she's no stranger to the gym (her own fitness routine includes strength-and-conditioning "90 minutes a day, five days a week"), she figured it was time to share some tricks of the trade.

Getting an early start to their weekend, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, and Lauren ‘Lo’ Bosworth were spotted grabbing dinner together at BOA Steakhouse last night (July 16).

The Hills hotties looked excited as they strolled down the street to find plenty of paparazzi waiting for their arrival.

Miss Patridge was definitely dressed to impress, as she sported a black tube top with a grey patterned skirt teamed with a pair of black peep toe heels.

Meanwhile, Lo Bosworth donned her usual pink and purple floral print ensemble, while Stephanie looked hot in a grey tank/black skirt/black leather ankle boot combo.

Kristin Cavallari Doesn't Care About The Hills

Making the rounds promoting her straight-to-DVD movie Van Wilder: Freshman Year and reminding everyone that she will be on this fall's season of The Hills, Kristin Cavallari wants everyone to know she doesn't really care about the latter.

Despite having begun her reality TV career in 2004 on Laguna Beach, Kristin hates watching herself on TV, and aspires to be a successful, versatile film actress.

"I want to do movies that are #1 at the box office and also indie ones that are dark and miserable," she said. "I see myself with a career like Cameron Diaz."

Don't hold your breath for that. Kristin Cavallari does admit that going back to being a reality star is not exactly a step in the right direction. Contrarily ...

"I haven't been able to audition for anything since, contractually, MTV won't let me. But I'll tell you this - I've gotten more phone calls about going on other shows since. ... But doing The Hills has made me want to act so badly."

"I need a challenge and kinda feel like The Hills is taking me a step backwards. But that just makes me want to act that much more and try that much harder."

"It was a really hard choice for me. MTV's been asking me to do it for years. I want to be an actress 100 percent, but with Van Wilder: Freshman Year coming out, I thought this would be an exciting way for my fans to reconnect with me."

"They haven't seen what I've been up to since Laguna Beach. I thought it would help and, after all, this is what made me famous in the first place."

There's a fat paycheck in it for her too, of course. Who can complain getting $60,000-plus per episode to read cue cards and booze it up at clubs?

At least she's got her priorities in line. We already miss Lauren Conrad, but look forward to seeing all the staged drama Kristin brings to the table.
