Olivia Palermo: Inglourious Basterds Screening

Joining a star-studded guest list, Olivia Palermo was spotted out for a special screening of the new film “Inglourious Basterds” in New York City on Monday evening (August 17).

The budding fashionista was joined by boyfriend Johannes Huebl, with the pair happily posing for pictures outside of the School of Visual Arts Theatre in Chelsea.

As for the movie, “Inglourious Basterds” is a highly-anticipated film directed by Quentin Tarantino – due out in theaters this Friday (August 21).

An IMDB synopsis tells: “During World War II a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as The Basterds are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which is targeted by the soldiers.”

Whitney Port: Enjoying Parachute In NYC

Recently Whitney Port, of MTV's The City, was spotted hanging out with the lead singer of Parachute, Will Anderson, at one of the band’s shows at Webster Hall in NYC.

Parachute’s debut album Losing Sleep became available in stores and online on May 19, 2009. Primarily produced by John Shanks, Losing Sleep highlights unabashed emotional affairs. On May 12, Losing Sleep was released exclusively on iTunes, including an additional bonus track, "Strange World". The second single off of the album, "Under Control", was also highlighted as the Free iTunes Single of the Week.

For the second time in two years, Lauren Conrad's on the cover of Shape magazine -- and her interview's almost as revealing as the orange string bikini she's wearin'!

According to FitCeleb.com (who's got the cover scoop!), LC knows exactly how settling down with someone can lead to unwanted weight gain. In fact, she even has a name for it! "I call it the 'boyfriend layer'," she tells Shape. "[Kyle and I] were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less."

But where there's a will, there's a way. And, the way Lauren sees it, where there's a boyfriend, there's a built-in gym buddy! "I just ask Kyle, 'You feel like working out?'" says the Hills star. Her rationale? "It's way more fun than hitting the gym alone!"

Lauren Conrad's Tattoo Bid To Beat Bad Press

Lauren Conrad has a reminder that sticks and stones may break her bones, but words will never hurt her – tattooed on her back.

The 23-year-old reality TV star got the words "sticks and stones" permanently marked on her lower back to remind her not to care what people say about her.

Conrad revealed the idea came to her around the time she left The Hills. "Nine months ago, I reached my breaking point," the fashion designer said. "I felt bad about myself because certain people were relentlessly attacking me and my reputation.

"My mum kept saying: 'Let it go, Lauren. It doesn't matter." She continued, "my friend also sat me down and asked: 'Why do you care what people say about you? How does it really affect you at the end of the day?'"

"I couldn't come up with a good answer and I realized I had to stop worrying about what other people think and the next day, I got a tattoo on my lower back that says 'sticks and stones' because they may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

"Once I let go of that, I felt more confident about myself. And that made my decision to leave The Hills pretty easy."
