Jayde Confirms Brody's Feud With Stepsisters

Last month Brody Jenner told MTV the reason he didn’t make his stepsister Khloe Kardashian’s wedding was because of prior ‘Hills’ promo commitments.

However, it’s emerged that the 26-year-old wasn’t at the church in his best hat, throwing fistfuls of confetti for a different reason – there’s currently a massive rift between him and the curvy Kardashian sisters.

According to Brody’s pneumatic Playboy missus, Jayde Nicole, The Hills lad is supremely pissed off with the girls for remaining friends with Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis.

Jayde told radaronline.com: "Brody was at the very beginning pretty upset that his family was still hanging out with him…But it's not his mom or his blood, they're stepsisters and he can't really fight what’s going on.

“So he's just upset by it. He's dealing with it. But I’m upset for him.”

Olivia Palermo: Bluemarine Bellissima Babe

Always up for a night on the town, Olivia Palermo was on hand for The Blumarine Bellissima perfume launch in New York City on Tuesday evening (October 13).

Held at the Gramercy Park Hotel, the socialite turned reality star mingled with fellow guest Jennifer Creel as she helped boost interest in the new scent.

As for work duties, Miss Palermo recently “collaborated with Roberta Freymann to design two necklace styles that will be sold in Freymann’s Upper East Side store.”

She can also be seen in action on the second season of The City - which airs on Tuesday nights at 10:30PM on MTV.

The Hills Episode 513: Strike One

In search of a present for Brody's surprise birthday party, Kristin and Stacie go to the Hustler Hollywood store. Kristin thinks it would be funny to buy Brody a collar and a whip, "because he's so whipped on Jayde." While the girls play around with the kinky merchandise, they talk about Kristin and Brody's love life when they were a couple. Kristin laments that they didn't use whips and things in the bedroom, and their sex life was "vanilla." As the girls continue to shop, Kristin tells Stacie that she's thinking of bringing Justin Bobby to Brody's party. Stacie suggests she buy some chaps to wear for her new bad boy.

Kristin doesn't buy chaps, but does invite Justin to the party after a day of frolicking, flirting and wine drinking on the beach. Meanwhile, Stephanie and Audrina go to Recess nail spa for pedicures. Stephanie tells Audrina she needs to start dating again. Audrina agrees and says she just needed to get her head straight after she broke things off with Justin. She goes on to tell Stephanie that she ran into Derek, Justin's best friend, who wants to go on a lunch date with her. Stephanie says she approves because Derek is hot, but thinks her date might just be payback for Justin dating Kristin. Audrina explains that she and Derek have always talked and Justin always thought Derek had a thing for her. Since Derek and Justin are such close friends, Stephanie says she is concerned that Audrina will get into another relationship with a cocky guy. Audrina assures Stephanie that she knows what she does and does not want.

Over in Malibu, Brody's surprise party is in full swing. When Kristin arrives, everyone wants to know if Justin is coming, too. Kristin gets a reprieve from the chatter about Justin's whereabouts when Brody arrives, but when the birthday boy goes inside to change Lo and Stephanie use the lull to ask Kristin if she's officially dating Justin. Kristin confirms the rumor.

Later on, the boys are having a water fight at the party and Kristin gets hit in the face with a water balloon. Brody and his mom go over to Kristin to see if she is hurt. When Kristin makes it clear that she's alright, Brody asks her why "her man" Justin still isn't at the party. Brody's mother interjects, and says that Justin isn't her man but he'd be lucky if he were. Then she gives Kristin a big hug. Jayde quickly interrupts the ex-girlfriend and mother moment by demanding Brody open his gifts. Brody is excited for Kristin's kinky gift choices. But things get tense between Brody and Jayde when Kristin invites everyone to her place for an after party. Jayde wants Brody to go to a birthday dinner instead of more partying. When Brody insists he's going, Jayde gets mad and walks away from the party upset. Brody yells after her, "Leave. We don't care."

Back in Hollywood, Justin's friend Derek picks up Audrina for lunch. On their way to the restaurant, Derek admits he didn't tell Justin he was taking her out. They start to talk about how Justin used to accuse them of messing around when he and Audrina were together, but Audrina quickly ends that conversation. With a laugh she tells Derek that she'd rather have lunch with him than talk about Justin.

At Heidi and Spencer's house, Spencer is golfing in his backyard with Charlie. Spencer starts venting about Heidi putting pressure on him to have kids. Charlie tells Spencer that starting a family so soon after getting married is pointless, and Spencer agrees. Spencer says he never would have married Heidi if he knew she wanted to have kids so soon afterward. Spencer goes on to tell Charlie that having a neighbor with two kids makes things worse because Heidi has so much fun with them. As if on cue, six-year-old Enzo interrupts their conversation by wandering into the yard. Spencer and Charlie temporarily get rid of him with a faux game of hide-and-seek. As soon as Enzo is out of earshot Spencer declares he is going to get his tubes tied.

In Malibu, the gang is hanging out at Kristin's house for her after party. Kristin tells Stephanie and Stacie that she is disappointed Justin didn't show at Brody's party. "I really didn't think I would have feelings for him and get upset," she says. Kristin isn't down for too long, because Brody soon arrives with all the guys. "Well if there isn't a Justin Bobby, there's a Brody," she says before Brody finds her for a chat. When Brody reveals that Jayde didn't come with him, Kristin blames herself. She points out that Brody's mom was "Team Kristin" throughout the party, so Jayde is probably mad at her. Regardless of the reason, Brody tells Kristin that he his constant fighting with Jayde could end their relationship.

Meanwhile, Heidi and Spencer are out to dinner. Their talk about pets leads to another discussion about having kids. Heidi wants to know what Spencer has against babies, and he tells her that he never knew about her family plans before they got married. Heidi tells Spencer that her mother had one child and was pregnant with another by the time she was 23. Spencer tells Heidi he never wants to have kids, but Heidi is adamant that he does but doesn't know it yet.

At Stephanie's apartment she and Audrina are catching up. Audrina tells Stephanie that her date with Derek went well and she really likes him. Audrina says she doesn't really care what Justin thinks. When Audrina asks Stephanie about Brody's birthday party, Stephanie tells her Justin stood Kristin up. Audrina says she's not surprised.

Kristin and Stacie are chatting about Brody's party at Kristin's house the next day. Stacie comments on Jayde and Brody's constant fighting and says Jayde doesn't seem to like Kristin at all. Kristin says Jayde's dislike probably stems from Kristin's close relationship with Brody's mom. Stacie tells Kristin that she and Brody seem perfect together, but Kristin says they broke up for a reason. When Stacie asks if she spoke to Justin yet, Kristin admits she hasn't. She also she says won't wait around for Justin and let him flake on her like he did with Audrina. According to Kristin, the party blow off is strike one.

The City Episode 16: It's All Who You Know

At Armani/Ristorante 5th Avenue, Joe Zee and Erin have lunch. Erin tells him that she and Olivia are working on their next big project, ELLE's Fall A to Zee, but she is worried about how it will turn out after Olivia's previous disappointing efforts. Erin says Olivia hasn't been receptive to her advice and Erin has had to fix Olivia's mistakes. Joe says he still feels Olivia is good for ELLE, but if she doesn't succeed at this, maybe her future isn't at their magazine.

Later, Olivia and Erin make their way to the Badgley Mischka showroom as Erin explains the Fall A to Zee feature. Each letter in the alphabet is assigned a corresponding Fall trend or accessory, so Olivia must find a total of 26 pieces. Erin says she will help look at accessories at Badgley Mischka, but after that Olivia is on her own. Olivia says she only has one other visit planned for the day. Erin chuckles and says she may want to start reaching out to more designers soon.

At People's Revolution, Whitney tells Roxy that she brought some of her sketches to show Kelly Cutrone. Roxy asks Whitney if she can see her designs. Whitney hesitates but shows them to her, asking only for constructive criticism. While Roxy is indifferent about a fabric choice for one of the pieces, she says she is impressed with most of the sketches and encourages Whitney to show them to Kelly.

Whitney takes Roxy's advice and goes to Kelly with 15 sketches that she envisions for a Spring 2010 line. Kelly says she is impressed with the quality of the sketches and gives her feedback. After Kelly says that a good first collection should have 26 to 31 looks, Whitney realizes that she'll need several more pieces. Kelly explains that the fashion industry is like a funnel -- lots go in, but only a little comes out. Kelly reiterates that she will help Whitney, but the sketches need work so she should not show them to anyone else yet.

At Badgley Mischka, Erin and Olivia meet with designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka who show them a dress and different accessories from their new holiday collection. Erin says she hopes Olivia has been taking notes because they'll have to report what they've found back to Joe. Olivia says she has been taking mental notes.

Meanwhile, Whitney, Samantha and Roxy meet for lunch at Blue Water Grill in Union Square. Whitney tells Samantha she showed Kelly her sketches and Kelly said there was potential. Roxy suggests that since Samantha works at Bergdorf Goodman, Whitney should show her sketches to Samantha's boss. Samantha says she would have to see if it was ok, but Whitney says she doesn't know if her designs are ready yet. Roxy says it could only help.

Olivia visits Roberta Freymann at her showroom on the Upper East Side. Roberta shows her necklaces and Olivia photographs the merchandise noting price points and turnaround time. They each say thank you and look forward to working together.

At Mood Fabric in the Garment District, Roxy accompanies Whitney as she collects fabric swatches. Roxy encourages Whitney to meet with Samantha's boss, but Whitney says she is scared of rejection. Roxy says if she can't show the sketches to Samantha's boss, she won't be able to show them to anyone. Roxy continues by saying Kelly is just a PR girl, and Whitney should hear from someone who actually buys clothes. Whitney says she has been struggling with the decision, but she thinks Roxy is right. She knows nothing will ever get done if she doesn't make a move.

Meanwhile, Rachel Roy greets Olivia as she arrives at her showroom. They chat about ELLE's Fall A to Zee feature and their fondness for Joe Zee. Rachel shows Olivia a few of her rings and necklaces and talks up their low price point. She asks Olivia how everything else at the magazine is going, and she says it has its ups and downs. Olivia says she is a believer in always helping people when they are new, but that isn't always the case in her life. Rachel reassures her that she can't make everyone happy, and Olivia should stay the refined, elegant, and the sweet person she knows.

At Bergdorf Goodman, Whitney waits for Samantha's boss, Sunni. She says she'll look at the sketches to get a feel for Whitney's overall design aesthetic. Sunni criticizes one of the dresses, but says she can see the designer in Whitney. She explains that photos are very helpful and Whitney still has a lot of work to do. Still, she sees many people who want to be designers, and Whitney's potential is really great. Sunni excuses herself and wishes Whitney good luck.

Back at People's Revolution, Whitney approaches a disappointed Kelly, who has received a phone call about Whitney's meeting at Bergdorf's. Whitney says she wasn't doing anything behind Kelly's back and explains Roxy's idea to show the sketches to Sunni. She thought she had nothing to lose in showing the sketches, but Kelly replies that her reputation is at stake, as no one in their right mind would go to Bergdorf Goodman with only a drawing.

Kelly asks how the meeting went, and Whitney says Sunni told her the same things as Kelly. Kelly says she told Whitney not to show the sketches because she loves and believes in her, but if she wants to listen to Roxy, don't do it with her relationships on her time. She says Whitney has paid her dues and is about to move up, while Roxy has just started in New York. Kelly doesn't think Roxy always has Whitney's best interests in mind, and when it comes to her career, maybe she shouldn't listen to anything Roxy has to say.

At ELLE, Joe and Erin talk about the latest progress on Fall A to Zee. Erin says Olivia wasn't taking notes while they looked at accessories, and if she comes in with nothing, it's going to be a major problem. Olivia arrives with photos of a variety of accessories from different designers. Olivia tells Joe and Erin about the tribal trend she noticed, and shows necklaces and bags at the right price points. Erin discounts a belt, which was far from their price point, but Joe says it is ok to have a couple expensive items, especially when the accessory is so unique. Joe tells Olivia he thinks the pieces she selected will photograph well and is very impressed with her work.

Kristin Cavallari: Talk Show Time

Kristin Cavallari will be appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight, October 14th, and will also appear on The Bonnie Hunt Show tomorrow, October 15th. Check your local listings for channels and times.

Jayde Nicole: MTV Canada Chick

Out for a special appearance, Jayde Nicole was spotted at the MTV Canada Studios last night (October 13) for The Hills after show.

The former Playboy Playmate was all smiles as she posed for the paparazzi in a white coat with black trousers and black heels.

And it sounds like Jayde and Kristin Cavallari may be headed for a blowout, with the reason being none other than Brody Jenner.

Jenner told press, “Ha! That would be a battle to the death.” Rumor has it that Brody and Kristin are hooking up again, which would put a damper on his relationship with Jayde Nicole.

Brody vs. Justin: Who Would Be The Better BF?

On tonight's Hills, we got a peek at both Brody and Justin Bobby's inner jackass. Sure, they've got winning smiles, but no one wants their man to call them a "bitch" ( especially after throwing him a surprise party), and we can't think of many things more frustrating than when a dude simply doesn't show up as planned.

But honestly, girls can be just as relationship stupid as guys. Which begs the question ... who to choose? Something tells us Kristin's going to have some tricky dating decisions to make soon, so we wanna know before even more boy drama erupts: Is Brody or Justin more worthy of her -- or any lady's -- love and affection?

City Poll: Was Kelly Too Hard On Whitney?

At some point, we've all had some "genius" idea that we couldn't wait to unleash upon the world, but every business endeavor takes time, and on last night's episode of The City, Whitney was maybe a little too quick to share her designs with Bergdorf Goodman. Not to mention, Whitney's boss and mentor Kelly Cutrone specifically told her to keep them sketchy sketches under wraps until they looked better.

Hey, we get it -- Whitney was happy with her work and anxious to see if people-in-the-know would agree. Trouble is, second opinions on your first pass at a high-fashion collection should start with friends and family ... not the head buyer at the most prestigious department store in NYC. No wonder Kelly got mad! But was she too stern with our amateur designer?

Was Kelly Too Hard On Whitney?
No. Whit did the exact opposite of what the boss lady advised!
Yes. Whit should listen to the one person who's got her back.

Lauren & Whit Get Real About Plastic Surgery

Being in the spotlight takes a toll on the stars of The Hills, and Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, and Stephanie Pratt (reportedly) are among those MTV reality stars who have resorted to plastic surgery in order to enhance their looks.

I caught up with Hills grads, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, to get their views on why their co-stars go under the knife, and how they stay beautiful naturally.

“I think it’s a personal thing,” Whitney, who has moved on to The City, tells me. “If they feel like it’s necessary and it’s going to make them feel more confident, then more power to them.”

For Lauren, the need for plastic surgery stems from growing fame.

“It’s hard because you’re in that position where you’re being criticized for everything,” Lauren tells me. “It’s hard because do you ignore it, and try to be beautiful on your own and be happy with the way you look, or do you listen to the criticism. They put them on this platform, and they tear them apart and then they criticize them even more for changing themselves. It’s hard to say. I think you just try and be confident with the way you are.”

City Poll: Is Roxy Steering Whitney Astray?

Whitney Port may have made a small error in judgment tonight by going behind Kelly Cutrone's back and shopping around her sketches, but while Kelly implied that Roxy might've deliberately led Whitney astray, we're not sure whether this is a case of bad intentions -- or just plain bad advice.

On one hand, Roxy was pretty forceful about encouraging Whitney to show her designs to Samanatha's boss. On the other hand, Roxy's pretty forceful/opinionated about everything! And while she was slightly snippy about Kelly's fashion credentials, Whitney is the one who "forgot" to mention to the gals how she agreed to keep the sketches private.

You tell us: Was Roxy purposely feeding Whit bad advice?
Absolutely. I don't trust her -- and Whit, you shouldn't either!
No. Roxy was only trying to help! It's not her fault it totally backfired.
Who cares?! Whit should've known better than to take Roxy's advice over Kelly's...
