Lauren Conrad Wanted for French Hills Return

We doubt Lauren Conrad has plans to return to The Hills, even for the series finale. But maybe a former boss will convince the 24-year-old otherwise.

"The show gave her a great run," Teen Vogue editor Lisa Love told us last night at Diego Della Valle's MOCA fundraiser at Tod's in Beverly Hills. "She should definitely come back for the finale."

Hills creator Adam DiVello told EW.com that his dream is to have Miss Conrad walk down the aisle in the last episode, but Love has other things on her wish list for L.C.'s hoped for return...

"It'd be fun if Lauren and I caught up in Paris," Love suggested. "I think they could find a way to make it work with her coming back."

Unlike former Hillster Whitney Port, Love hasn't quite been following the antics of Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth since Conrad's farewell.

"It was over many years ago for me, and I haven't watched it since," Love said. "I never watched it even when I was on. You don't want to watch yourself on TV. I only follow what's going on with the cast when I'm at the airport."

UPDATE: Adam Divello Issues Statement

Adam Divello has issued the following statement in response (via MTV) to Heidi Montag's sexual assault claims:

"We have looked into this matter and the allegations made against Adam Divello are completely false and without merit. Adam not only created 'The Hills' and 'The City,' launching the careers of several cast members, but has worked diligently to maintain a respectful and appropriate production environment."

Docs: Heidi's Breasts Could Droop Significantly

Heidi Montag has been photographed doing yoga, but she has said she can't jog anymore because she'll injure her new breasts. Several plastic surgeons tell UsMagazine.com that that is only the beginning of her possible post-surgery woes.

"The excessive weight of the implants in these extreme augmentations almost always leads to chronic lower back pain and significant drooping of the breasts," says New Jersey-based Dr. Lyle M. Back. "Often, the entire balance of the spine can be thrown off, resulting in chronic neck strain, painful shoulders and even a stooping posture."

As Montag ages, he adds, "the implants will thin the [skin] tissues and require a breast lift."

The implants are so oversized, they could even "erode through the skin and be exposed, mandating [their] removal," adds Dr. Beck.

"There's a lot of pressure to look a certain way in Hollywood," admits Dr. Larry Fan, a Harvard-trained leader in aesthetic plastic surgery. "It's just not emotionally healthy to want to change so many things about your appearance at all once. I am most concerned about Heidi's emotional health and sense of body image."
